Most patients do not experience peeling but may become red for a few hours after the procedure. Many patients state that they experience an improvement in the texture and tone of skin after several treatments, especially when combined with other topical medical grade creams. Glycolic peels can be performed in all skin colors.
Jessner’s peel is indicated for pigmentation disorders such as melasma and sun spots. It will exfoliate the skin for several days and help with texture and tone of the skin.
